This video began as just a journal entry that I wrote during my time abroad. I felt isolated and lost in a new country without my support system of friends, family, and familiarity. My emotions shifted into an unfamiliar and controllable anger with the world around me.

I spent the following summer in humid and loud New York, which is when I created this video. I combinined the jounral entry with found footage and audio that represented triggers of my anger.

I do not own any of the footage or audio effects in this video and collected all of through public social media accounts including Tiktok and YouTube. All credit to where it’s due.
